Be honest, do you enjoy the idea of traveling on a shoestring budget?
Imagine finally saving up enough vacation time to take the trip you've been dreaming about for years, but not being able to stay in a nice location or stuff your face with all the amazing food or even do all the activities that you wanted to just because you were on a strict budget?
Would it even be worth going?
Yet, a ton of travel bloggers out there act like this is the BEST way to travel and we simply think that's a load of bullshit!
Who really likes budgets? Who likes giving up something they want because they're worried about money?
Should vacations even be about sacrifice or should it be about living your best life to the fullest and seeing and doing everything you want to do?

Ok now let's dive right in!
One of the biggest mistakes most travelers make is being inflexible when it comes to the dates they want to travel because it significantly increases the price of their trip.
You've probably heard that traveling during high touristy seasons like the summer are much more expensive than traveling in late spring or early fall, but did you ever wonder just how much more it was?
Well don't worry we got you!
During our first 3 week Eurotrip back in 2015, we wanted to go all out and see the top countries on our bucket lists -- France, Spain, Italy and Greece -- and of course we wanted to travel during the summer because we had so much FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) from seeing our instagram feeds filled with bikini clad bloggers tanning on boats in the Mediterranean Sea or partying in Ibiza in July.
While planning our trip, we discovered that not only were flights 270-447% more expensive than going in September, but that hotels were more expensive too!
If we had been strict about our travel dates and had chosen to go to Europe during the summer we would each have to either spend an additional $12,150 more or would have to cut our trip down to 10 days and only see 2 countries instead of all 4!
Those options were absolutely out of the question for us because we had been dreaming about this trip for years! We wanted our cake and to eat it too damn it!
So we decided to go during September and guess what?!?!
Not only were we able to see all the countries we wanted to see and go for the amount of time we wanted to go for, but we also were still able to enjoy the summer heat and parties way into September.
We got it all and so can you!
